These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DigitalInvitely’s website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

DigitalInvitely lets you choose a template, personalise it with your event details and photos, and publish it as a shareable digital invitation page with live RSVP tracking. Some templates are free to use; premium templates require a one-time payment as shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions — you pay once per invitation.

2. Accounts & orders

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your email address, event details, and any content you upload. We are not responsible for errors in your invitation caused by information you entered incorrectly.

3. Payments

Payments for premium templates are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and verified.

4. Hosting period

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, invitation pages are hosted for 30 days from the date of purchase or publication. After this period, your invitation link may no longer be accessible. We recommend downloading or saving a copy of your RSVP responses before the hosting period ends.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the names, photos, text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely for the purpose of generating and serving your invitation page. You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than creating genuine event invitations.

7. Templates & intellectual property

All templates, designs, graphics, and underlying code are owned by DigitalInvitely or its licensors. Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use that specific design for your own event invitation — it does not transfer ownership of the design or permit resale or redistribution of the template itself.

8. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalInvitely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, missed RSVPs, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
